Inside Scoop

  • Arrive early so you have enough time to find parking. You don’t want to show up to a restorative yoga session in a full-out panic.
  • Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
  • Check the weather before you go. Most classes will be canceled if it is raining.
  • Allow yourself time to take in the beautiful surroundings.
  • Be open to meeting new yogis.

MeetnGreet Tips

  • Invite some other yoga lovers to join you at the beach.
  • You can type “yoga/stretching” into the “Specific Interests” search field on the upper, left corner of your home page.
  • Pick a place to meet a few minutes before class and keep your schedule free after class so that you have time to chat with your new friends.
